Stratton Investors specializes in acquiring properties that would benefit from the added value of designer interior upgrades, exterior renovations, and a fresh perspective on the daily operations of the property. We specifically seek B and C class assets located within markets showing positive employment and demographic trends. However, the improvements we have made in our investments range across a broad spectrum of asset classes and investment types.
Affordable Housing
We are actively looking to acquire Section 42 Low Income Housing properties that are near the end of their initial compliance period.
